What Shipping Options are available and how much does it cost?

We use a variety of shipping companies for shipping all our parcels across Canada, the USA and internationally.

Canada – Wide flat-rate standard shipping is available for $8.99. Some exceptions may apply.

Local Pickup – Printwell at St. Laurent Shopping Centre (Ottawa) - FREE
Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping Canada-wide for orders $99.99 and up.

What are the shipping turnaround times?

Our average turnaround time is 3-4 business days in production and then shipping as follows:

Ground: 2 – 3 business days
Express: 1 – 2 business days
International - 5-7 business days

Please allow at least 3-4 days lead time for your order to be prepared prior to shipping.

Is local pickup available?

Local Pickup is available from the Printwell store at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre at 1200 St. Laurent Blvd #120, Ottawa, ON K1K 3B8. An email with instructions will be sent to you following your purchase. Pick up hours are -

Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm
Saturday 11am to 6pm
Sunday 12pm to 5pm
